If you like monteiths black beer then you will love this kit. Make sure you also order the #74 stout enhancer kit (follow the instructions and bring this enhancer kit to boil leave for ten minutes then strain content to remove the grain going into the fermenter) I also add 500 grams of dextrose and fill only to 21 litres in total for a full strength beer but that's optional .l also like to add fining at least 24 hrs before racking off. 1 week to brew a couple weeks to condition then good to go. This kit would be the best kit I've ever done and I've brewed at least 50 different kits over the years and at least a dozen of these kits to date!
